What is Cartana and how can it help me run my store?

I see Cartana in the sidebar. What can it do, and does it cost extra?

Cartana is Wcart's built-in AI assistant.

  • Chat with it while you work: click the Ask Cartana… bar at the bottom of any admin page.
  • It can also run a customer-facing chat widget on your storefront — turn it on under Settings → Cartana AI → Settings.
  • It runs on AI credits. Your store starts with a free allowance; after that the store owner can buy a credit plan under Settings → Cartana AI → Plans & usage, which also shows your usage. If no plans are listed there, contact our team for more credits.
