What is AI Search Optimization (AEO & GEO) and do I need it?

People are starting to ask AI assistants for product recommendations, and I want my store to show up.

This plugin helps search engines and AI assistants understand your store. It adds structured information to your pages, using data your store already has. Each part is a switch in Plugins → AI Search Optimization:

  • Rating stars and FAQ answers in search results
  • Store entity graph, Breadcrumbs and Blog article markup
  • Serve llms.txt for AI crawlers, with a one-line description of your store
  • Quick-answer blocks on products and pages

It's most useful once your store is indexed and has reviews or FAQs. Marketing → SEO Health shows which AI crawlers have visited your pages.
