What do Unfulfilled, Shipped and Return mean in the Fulfilment column?

I turned on the Fulfilment column on my orders and want to understand the labels.

The Fulfilment column (switch it on under Columns on Orders → Manage Orders) gives a quick delivery view of each order:

  • Unfulfilled: not shipped yet
  • Shipped: the status is Shipped, or a tracking number (AWB) or ship date has been saved on the order
  • Delivered: the status is Delivered
  • Cancelled: the order was cancelled
  • Return: a return was requested, approved or rejected

It's worked out from the order status and tracking details, so you don't set it separately. Update the order's status or its Fulfilment & Tracking box and the label follows.
