What do the product statuses Active, Draft, Pending approval and Rejected mean?

You set the status in the Status card on the right side of the product page.

• Active: the product is published and appears in your shop, category and search listings. Only active products count towards your plan's product allowance.
• Draft: work in progress. It stays out of your shop listings, so you can finish it later.
• Pending approval: used for products that are waiting to be checked, usually ones added by vendors.
• Rejected: a product that was reviewed and not accepted.

In the product list, the Status filter calls Active products Publish. After you change the status, click Save.
