What do the Configured, Not set up and Add keys labels mean on my Payment Gateway page?
Some gateways in my list show Not set up and I can't tick them.

They describe each gateway row in the Payment Methods table on Settings → Store Settings → Payment Gateway:
- Not set up: no keys saved yet. The Enabled column shows Add keys instead of a tick box, because a gateway can't run without keys.
- Configured: keys are saved, so you can tick Enabled.
- Live at checkout: the gateway is switched on and shown to customers.
To set one up, click Configure on its row, fill in the required key fields for the mode you picked, set Status and click Submit.
