The DNS setup box says no nameservers were returned for my domain. What now?

After clicking Change domain, the box under DNS setup shows a red message instead of nameservers.

That message means the domain was not set up properly on Wcart's side, so there are no nameservers to copy yet. Do not change anything at your registrar.

  1. In the Domain change in progress card on Settings → Web Settings → Custom Domain, click Cancel.
  2. Check the domain is spelled correctly, without the https part or www.
  3. Enter it again in New domain and click Change domain, then Continue.

If the message comes back, contact support with your domain name. Your store keeps running on its current address meanwhile.
