My store is not showing - was it deleted? Should I rebuild it?

A store that has products is never deleted just for being unused — only empty stores nobody uses are removed. A free trial that ends without a plan is different: the store is suspended (its link stops opening) and, after warning emails, deleted.

Open your store link. If it still opens, the problem is only logging in: go to https://admin.wcart.io, tap Forgot password ? and use the email you signed up with. If it doesn't open or says the store can't be found, message support on WhatsApp with your store name and we'll check what happened and set it up again if needed.
