Some customers asked if we keep their face images. I want to answer them correctly.

No. Virtual Try-On runs entirely in the shopper's browser. The camera feed, and any photo they pick, never leaves their device: nothing is uploaded or stored on your store. The only thing sent is an anonymous count of actions (opened, captured, shared, added to cart) for each product, which feeds your Analytics tab. You can tell shoppers this before the camera turns on. In Plugins → Virtual Try-On → Settings, edit the Consent text. The default says the camera is used to preview the product and nothing is uploaded or stored. Click Save settings.
