If I rename my store, will my old order numbers change?
I'm changing my brand name. My order numbers start with the old name's letters.

No. Order numbers that already exist never change.
Once you update Site Title in Settings → Web Settings → General Settings and click Submit, new orders switch to the first three letters of the new name. This can take a little while to apply. If new orders still show the old letters after a day, contact Wcart support. The running count carries on from where it was, so you won't get duplicate numbers. For example, ABC-0041 might be followed by XYZ-0042.
Old orders keep their old prefix, and you can still find them by searching their number on Orders → Manage Orders.
