I do not have a Meta product catalog yet. Can I create one from Wcart?

In step 3 the Catalog list is empty because I have never set up a catalog in Meta.

Yes. In 3. Choose your shop + feed on Plugins → Instagram & Facebook Shop:

  1. Pick your Business first.
  2. Type a name in the Or create new catalog box (optional) and click Create new. The new catalog is selected for you.
  3. Click Load pages and choose your Facebook Page. The linked Instagram account fills in by itself.
  4. Check the Product feed URL and click Save & submit feed.

The Status card then shows the catalog, whether the feed was submitted and when it last synced.
