I deleted a product by mistake. Can I get it back?

I clicked Move to Trash on the wrong product and it disappeared from my product list.

Yes. Move to Trash doesn't delete a product for good. It moves it to the product Trash, and you can restore it from there.

  1. Go to Products → Manage Products and click Trash at the top of the page.
  2. Find the product and click Restore. To restore several at once, tick them and use Restore in the bar that appears.

A restored product comes back as a Draft. Check it, then set its status to publish it again.

Delete permanently in Trash removes the product for good and can't be undone. The Trash button only shows for staff who are allowed to delete products.
