How much is the payment gateway charge?

You don't need a gateway to start: add your UPI ID (or send us your UPI QR code) and customers pay straight into your account, or enable Cash on Delivery - both are free on every plan. Card/online gateways like Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe are available on paid plans, and their transaction fee is charged by the gateway provider, not by Wcart.
