How do sellers sign up, get approved and log in to their vendor panel?

With the Multi Vendor plugin active:

1. Set the form. Vendors → Vendor Form Fields adds your own fields to the registration form (text, select, file and others), grouped as Basic, Store or Bank. Each can be Required and Active.
2. Seller signs up on your storefront at /vendor/register ("Sell with us"), then confirms their email from the link they're sent.
3. You approve. In Vendors → Manage Vendors, verified sellers show as Email verified. Click Approve to make them Active. You can also Reject them (with an optional reason) or Block them.
4. Seller logs in at /vendor/login (Seller Login) with their email and password, or Email OTP where enabled. That opens their vendor panel.

Only Active sellers can sign in. Pending sellers are told their account is not active yet, and blocked sellers are refused. You can also create a seller yourself with Add Vendor.
