I offer Click & Collect. What do I do when the order is packed and waiting at the shop?

Set the order to Ready for Pickup. If you use the Push Notifications plugin, the customer gets a "ready to collect" alert, and the status also shows on their order page. When they collect it, set the order to Collected.
