How do I switch off two-factor on my own admin account?
I set up both the authenticator app and email codes, and now I only want to keep one of them.

Go to Account → Security.
- Find the method you want to remove (Authenticator app or Email verification) and click Turn off.
- Enter a current code to confirm. This can be a code from your app or one of your backup codes. Then click Turn off again.
The other method stays on. If you turn off both methods, your backup codes are cleared too.
Keep in mind that while the Admin panel switch in Plugins → Two-Factor Authentication is on, anyone with no method set up is asked to set one up at their next login. That includes you.
