How do I stop rude or spam reviews from appearing on my store?

Open Marketing → Reviews and Ratings and click Settings:

• Leave Auto-publish (skip moderation) off, so you approve each review first.
• Turn on Filter profanity and add your own words in Extra blocked words.
• Turn on Require captcha to stop bots.
• Keep One review per customer per product on.

You can also choose Hide low ratings and the Default sort for how reviews are shown.
