How do I send a newsletter email to my subscribers?

Go to Marketing → Email Campaigns and click New campaign (or start from Templates).

1. Details — enter the Campaign name (only you see it), the Subject line and an optional Heading. Pick the Audience: all newsletter subscribers, subscribers who are customers, or subscribers in a customer group. Click Next: Design the email →.
2. Design the email — use Builder or Rich text. Personalisation tags like first_name fill in each person's name.
3. Under Send a test to yourself, enter your address and click Send test.
4. Click Send now, or set Schedule for later and click Schedule. Save draft and Save as template keep it for later.

The email uses your branded template with your logo, footer and a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribed people are never emailed. After sending you can see Recipients, Sent, Opened, Clicked and Failed. Campaigns count towards your plan's email allowance — if it runs out mid-send, the rest go out when it resets.
