How do I review new affiliate sign-ups before they can start earning?

I do not want just anyone joining my affiliate program. I would like to check each applicant first.

Turn off automatic approval, then review applicants yourself.

  1. Go to Affiliate Program → Settings. Under Program, untick Auto-approve affiliates and click Save settings. New sign-ups now arrive as pending instead of active.
  2. Open Affiliate Program → Affiliate Users. Use the status filter to list the pending ones.
  3. On each row, click Approve to let them earn commissions, or Reject. You can Ban an affiliate at any time.

Only active affiliates count: clicks on a pending, rejected or banned affiliate's link are not tracked.
