How do I import product images and variable products with Import / Export?

In Import / Export, choose Products and the Product type first, then download the sample file for that type.

• Images: upload a ZIP of your photos in Images ZIP. The files are matched by file name in the featured_image and gallery columns.
• Variable products: one file holds both. Parent rows use product_type Variable and each variant row uses product_type Variation. You map both sets on the next step.

Start with a few products, check them on the storefront, then import the rest.
