How do I hide a product without deleting it?

A product is out of season. I want to remove it from the shop for now but keep everything for next year.

Change the product's Status to Draft. It disappears from the storefront but keeps its details, images and history. Set it back to Active when you want to sell it again. The status section also has Mark as trending, to highlight products you want to push.
