I want the 50% off slice to be rare and "No luck" or 5% off to come up most of the time.

Each slice has a Weight that sets its relative chance. Go to Plugins → Spin Wheel and click Edit on your campaign, or + New campaign. Under Prize slices: - A slice with weight 3 is picked three times as often as one with weight 1. - The percentage next to each slice shows its approximate odds (its weight divided by the total). - Set Reward type to Coupon and enter a Coupon code, or choose No luck for a losing slice. For example, 50% off at weight 1, 5% off at weight 10 and No luck at weight 20 makes the big prize rare. Click Update campaign (or Create campaign for a new one) to save.
