How do I check where a shipment is without leaving the order page?

Open the order from Orders → Manage Orders and go to Fulfilment & Tracking.

1. Make sure the Carrier and AWB / Tracking No. are filled.
2. Click Track.

Wcart asks the courier for the latest information and shows a Tracking line with the current status, plus up to six recent scan points with dates.

This works for couriers connected under Shipping Carriers that support tracking. If the courier can't answer, you'll see "Tracking failed". In that case check the courier's own website with the tracking number.
