How do I charge different shipping rates for different regions?

Use Shipping Zones:

1. Create a zone for each region you ship to.
2. Add methods and rates to each zone.
3. At checkout the shopper picks from the methods available for their address.

Combine this with the pincode checker if you only deliver to certain areas.
