How do I bring my old orders over from my previous online store?

Use the order import on Orders → Manage Orders:

1. Click Import, then Download template to get a sample CSV.
2. Fill one order per row. The columns are name, email, phone, addressline1, addressline2, city, state, country, pincode, orderstatus, shipping, tax_name, tax_percentage, product_name, sku_code, quantity and price.
3. Every row needs at least a customer name or email.
4. Choose your file. The window shows how many rows are ready.
5. Click Import.

You can import up to 500 orders at a time. Imported orders are marked as created by Admin and appear in your list with new order numbers.
