How can I tell which size or colour a customer ordered?
The order page just shows "Cotton Kurta" twice. I need to know which sizes to pack.

Look at the SKU column in the order's items table. Each line keeps the SKU of the exact variant the customer picked, while the Item column shows the product name.
If you left the variant SKUs blank, Wcart built them from the product address and the options, so they're readable, for example COTTON-KURTA-SIZE-M-COLOR-RED.
If you typed your own SKUs, match them in the product's Variants card under Products → Products. The SKU is also printed on the invoice from Print invoice.
Tip: use SKUs that include the size and colour, for example KURTA-RED-M, so packers can read them at a glance. To change them, edit the SKU column in the Variants card and click Save. Orders already placed keep their old SKU.
