How can customers leave reviews on my products?

I want reviews on product pages to build trust.

Enable the Ratings & Reviews plugin (Settings → Store Settings → Reviews and Ratings):

  • Choose who can review: anyone, signed-in customers, or verified buyers only.
  • Reviews can include photos.
  • You moderate reviews: approve or reject them, and only approved reviews show.

For questions rather than reviews, turn on Customer Q&A in the Product FAQs plugin. Shoppers ask on the product page and you answer.
