Does free shipping above a minimum amount count the cart before or after a coupon discount?

Wcart compares your threshold with the cart's item total before any coupon or promotion is taken off. So a cart that reaches the amount before the discount still gets free shipping, even if the discounted total is lower.

You set the amount on Settings → Store Settings → Shipping Setup: tick Offer free shipping above a minimum order amount, enter Minimum Order Amount for Free Shipping and click Save Changes.

If you'd rather customers qualify on a higher spend, raise the minimum to allow for your usual discount.
