Do I need to hire a courier?

No. You can ship with any courier you already use, India Post or local delivery. To create shipments, labels and tracking from WCart, turn on the Shipping Carriers add-on and connect your courier on Settings → Store Settings → Shipping Setup — Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, UPS and Envia can create shipments. The price the customer pays at checkout still comes from your manual shipping or Shipping Zone settings, not from the courier.
