Can Wcart email customers to ask for a review after their order arrives?

Yes. Go to Marketing → Reviews and Ratings, click Settings, tick Email buyers to ask for a review after delivery, and click Save settings. Reviews enabled must also be ticked.

When you mark an order as delivered, Wcart emails the buyer with a review link for each product in that order. Each product appears once, with its image and name.

The email is only sent when the order is marked delivered, so keep your order statuses up to date.
