Can the product price update to show the total including the add-ons a shopper picks?

Yes. In Products → Add-ons, click ⚙ Global settings and tick Show total price (base + add-ons) instead of add-on delta, then click Save settings.

The product page then shows the full price including the chosen add-ons, instead of just the extra amount. In the same settings you can also:

• choose Options position (Above Add to cart or Below Add to cart)
• tick Disable Add to cart until required add-ons are filled
