Can shoppers see how many points they'll earn on the product page?

Yes. Go to Plugins → Reward Points and tick Show "earn X points" on the product page in the Earning section. Then click Save settings.

A hint then appears just below the price on each product page. The points are worked out from the product's current price (the sale price if there is one) and your Points per 1.00 spent rate. If you set Max points per order, the hint never shows more than that cap.

The hint hides itself if Reward Points enabled or Customers earn points is off, or if the product has no price.
