Can shoppers ask questions on a product page?

Yes, with the Customer Q&A section of the Product FAQs plugin. In the plugin's Settings, keep Show FAQs on product pages, Let customers ask questions and Show the Customer Q&A section on (they are on by default).

Shoppers post questions on the product page, you answer them under the plugin's Customer Questions tab, and the answers are shown publicly with helpful votes, so the most useful ones rise to the top. The asker is emailed when you answer.
