Can my accountant automatically get a copy of every order email my store sends?

I want my accountant to receive the order confirmations without forwarding each one.

Yes. Add your accountant as a copy recipient:

  1. Go to Settings → Web Settings → Email Provider.
  2. Under Send a copy to, type their address in Cc or Bcc. Use Bcc if customers shouldn't see it. Separate several addresses with commas.
  3. Click Save.

From then on, every email your store sends, including order confirmations with the invoice PDF, also goes to that address. Each copy counts towards your monthly email allowance. Click Send test email to check it arrives.
