Can I switch off or delete several tags or brands at once?

Yes.

1. Go to Products → Products and click Tags or Brands.
2. Tick the checkbox next to each one, or tick the header checkbox to select the whole page.
3. In the bar at the bottom of the screen, click:

• Deactivate to switch them off but keep them,
• Activate to switch them back on, or
• Delete to remove them. Wcart asks you to confirm.

Inactive tags and brands keep their settings, and their pages on your store stop working until you activate them again. Use the All Statuses filter to list only Active or Inactive ones.
