Can I stop guests from posting in the chat during my live video?

In Plugins → Video Commerce, Edit the session and look at the Engagement section. To stop spam during a stream, untick Enable chat to turn chat off for that session, then click Update session. Enable likes and Enable share can stay on.

Chat settings are per session, so set them on each live session. If you want only signed-in customers to be able to chat, contact support.
