Can I see how many people visit my store?

Yes. Open Analytics → Dashboard for sessions, conversion, devices, locations, landing pages and referrers, and Analytics → Live View for who is on your store right now. If you also want Google Analytics, activate it under Plugins (or follow Marketing → Get Found on Google) and paste your G- Measurement ID.
