Can I make reward points expire after some time?

Yes. Go to Plugins → Reward Points. In the Redeeming section, set Points expire after (days, 0 = never), for example 365. Then click Save settings.

How it works:

• Each batch of earned points gets its own expiry date, counted from the day it was earned.
• When points are spent, the oldest points are used first.
• Points that pass their expiry date are removed from the balance, so they can't be used at checkout.

The expiry only applies to points earned after you set it. Points earned while it was 0 never expire.
