Can I make all my updated prices end in .99?
After a percentage increase my prices look odd, like 543.27. I want them to end in .99.

Yes. In Plugins → Bulk Price Update, set Rounding to End in .99 before you apply the change. Each new price keeps its whole number and ends in .99, so 543.27 becomes 543.99.
The other option is Whole number, which rounds to the nearest whole amount (543.27 becomes 543). No rounding keeps the exact result.
Rounding only applies to prices this run changes. Click Preview to check the results, then Apply Price Update.
