Can I include customer photos when I import reviews?

Yes. Put the photo links in the media column of your import file.

• Use full image addresses starting with http or https.
• For more than one photo, separate the links with a comma, a | sign or a new line.
• Anything in the column that is not a web address is ignored.

The photos are not copied into your store. The review links to each address, so the images must stay online where they are now. If your old platform will be shut down, upload the photos somewhere permanent first and use those links.

To import, go to Marketing → Reviews and Ratings, click Import Reviews, choose your file and click Import Reviews.
