Can I download the Sales by Date report and open it in Excel?

My accountant wants the daily sales figures in a spreadsheet every month.

Yes.

  1. Open Marketing → Marketing Home and click the Reports tile under Measure.
  2. Click View report → next to Sales over time to open Sales by Date.
  3. Choose the date range and Day, Week or Month.
  4. Click Export CSV at the top right.

The file has three columns, Date, Revenue and Orders, and its name includes the dates you picked. A CSV file opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets.

Export CSV is greyed out when the period has no sales. The other reports (Sales by Category, Sales by Location, Coupon-wise and so on) have the same Export CSV button.
