Can I delete an order from my order list?

Real orders can't be deleted. Wcart keeps them so your sales, stock and customer history stay complete. Cancel it instead:

1. Open the order in Orders → Manage Orders.
2. Choose Cancelled in the status dropdown.
3. Pick a reason, for example Other.
4. Click Update Status.

This releases the stock, reverses any coupon, wallet or points used, and marks the order Cancelled. You can add an explanation with Add note.

Test orders are different. They're hidden from your list and can be removed for good:

1. Click Filters and tick Show test orders.
2. Click Purge test orders and confirm. This permanently deletes all of this store's test orders and can't be undone.
