Can I bring my product reviews over from my old store?

I have hundreds of reviews on my old website and don't want to start from zero.

Yes. Go to Marketing → Reviews and Ratings and click Import Reviews.

  1. Download the CSV template or XLSX template.
  2. Fill in one review per row. Each review is matched to a product by its SKU, slug or ID.
  3. Upload the file. The Import summary shows how many rows were imported or skipped, and View errors explains any problems.

Past imports are listed under Import history.
