Can I add my own questions to the affiliate sign-up form?

Yes. Go to Affiliate Program → Registration Form and click Add field.

• Label: what applicants see, for example "Instagram handle".
• Name (key): an internal name. It cannot be changed after you save.
• Type: the kind of input.
• Group: Basic, Affiliate or Bank, which decides the section it appears in.
• Position and Placeholder: order and hint text.
• Tick Required to make it mandatory, and Shown to display it.

Click Save. Fields marked General are built-in: you can edit or hide them but not delete them. Your own fields can be deleted.
