Yes. Go to Marketing → Reviews and Ratings and click Settings. Then set these:
- Allow photo/video uploads: tick to turn media on, or untick to allow text only.
- Max files per review: how many files one review can include.
- Max image size (MB) and Max video size (MB): keep the video size low if you are worried about large files.
- Allowed image formats and Allowed video formats: comma-separated lists, for example jpg,jpeg,png,webp and mp4,webm,mov.
Click Save settings. In your review list, reviews with uploads show how many media files are attached.
