Can Cartana chat with my customers on the storefront?

I know Cartana helps me in the admin. Can shoppers talk to it too?

Yes. Besides helping you in the admin, Cartana can run a customer-facing chat widget on your storefront. Turn it on under Cartana AI → Settings.

Cartana uses AI credits. You get a starter allowance, then the store owner can top up by buying a credit plan under Cartana AI → Plans & usage (or contact our team if none are listed).
