A customer ordered over the phone — how do I enter it?

Some regular customers call or walk in. How do I record their orders in WCart?

Create the order from the admin with the Backend Order plugin, using Create order on the Orders page. - Add the products and the customer. - If they paid in person, choose Paid (Processing); if they will pay on delivery, choose COD (Pending). The order then appears in Orders like any other, so stock and reports stay correct.
