Why is the product photo not displaying on my store?

A product can have up to 5 photos: 1 Featured image and up to 4 in the Gallery.

• Open Products → Products, click the product and check the Media card. If the image is missing, upload it again and click Save.
• If it is a Variable product with no variants, it shows as out of stock — add its options in the Variants card (e.g. Size or Colour) with a quantity for each.
• If you meant it to be a plain product, create a new one with + Add Product → Simple — the type of an existing product can't be changed.

You can also send the photo on WhatsApp and the Wcart team will add it for you.
