Should I use Builder or Rich text when designing an email campaign?

Both send the same branded email; they differ in how you edit it. In the design step of Marketing → Email Campaigns, switch with the Builder / Rich text buttons:

• Builder: arrange ready-made blocks on a live canvas. Good for offers with images and buttons. The canvas itself shows how the email will look.
• Rich text: type like a normal document, with a preview of the email beside it in full screen (or below it after ✕ Exit full screen). Good for short, text-only updates.

Either way, your logo, footer and unsubscribe link are added automatically. Send yourself a test before sending.
