My newsletter sign-ups are not showing in my subscriber list. Where do they go?

Sign-ups from a newsletter block on your storefront are saved straight to Marketing → Newsletter Subscribers, with the source form:newsletter.

If they are missing:

1. Make sure the status filter at the top is All, and clear Search by email….
2. Check the sign-up box on your storefront is a newsletter block. A contact form collecting emails stores them under Settings → Form Submissions instead.
3. Test it yourself with a new email address, then refresh the subscriber page; the address should appear as Subscribed.

Spin-wheel entries are collected separately in that plugin.
