My domain isn't working after connecting

Open Settings → Web Settings → Custom Domain.

1. Check that the nameservers at your registrar exactly match the ones under DNS setup, and that the old nameservers are removed.
2. Nameserver changes take a few minutes to a few hours (occasionally up to 48 hours).
3. Click Verify & activate. The new domain only goes live once this succeeds; until then your store keeps working on its current address. If it says the nameservers are not detected yet, wait and try again.
